    Research Progress on Tip Meristem Virus-free Culture Technology of Sweet Potato

    • 摘要: 利用茎尖分生组织培养技术培育甘薯脱毒苗是目前防治甘薯病毒病的有效方法。从甘薯病毒病的发生、甘薯茎尖脱毒技术的发展及影响因素等方面综述了甘薯茎尖脱毒技术的研究进展及发展趋势,分析了目前甘薯茎尖脱毒技术所面临的问题,并就甘薯茎尖脱毒技术的主要研究方向进行展望,以期为甘薯茎尖脱毒技术的研究与应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: It is an effective method to control the sweet potato virus disease by using the tip meristem culture technology to cultivate virus-free sweet potato seedlings. The research progress and development trend of tip meristem virus-free culture technology of sweet potato were summarized from the aspects of the occurrence of sweet potato virus disease, the development and influencing factors of sweet potato tip meristem virus-free culture technology. Then, the main problems existing in the tip meristem virus-free culture technology of sweet potato were analyzed. Last, the main research direction of tip meristem virus-free culture technology of sweet potato was prospected in order to provide reference for the research and application of tip meristem virus-free culture technology of sweet potato.
