    海藻寡糖生物肥对水稻产量及土壤菌群的影响

    Effect of Algal Oligosaccharide Bio-fertilizer on Rice Yield and Soil Microflora

    • 摘要: 探讨不同海藻寡糖生物肥处理对甬优1540水稻产量、叶绿素相对含量、籽粒性质、根系土壤理化性质及微生物群落的综合影响。设置了4个处理,分别为:处理A(66.7%海藻寡糖+33.3%胶质芽孢杆菌)、处理B(100%海藻寡糖)、处理C(100%胶质芽孢杆菌)、CK(清水对照),共施基底肥1次,叶面喷施3次。结果表明:处理B的水稻叶片叶绿素相对含量最高。处理A的增产效果最为显著,达到13.2%,处理B和处理C的增产效果分别为5.6%和10.9%。增施海藻寡糖生物肥的水稻籽粒氮磷钾含量高于对照。同时,处理B的根系土壤pH值最高,而酸杆菌的相对含量最低,呈显著的负相关。海藻寡糖和胶质芽孢杆菌对甬优1540产量均有促进作用,但复合后的协同增效作用明显。

       

      Abstract: The comprehensive effects of different algal oligosaccharide bio-fertilizer treatments on the yield, relative chlorophyll content, grain properties, root soil physical and chemical properties and microbial community of Yongyou 1540 rice were studied. Four treatment were set up:Treatment A, 66.7% algal oligosaccharide with 33.3% Bacillus mucilaginosus; Treatment B, 100% algal oligosaccharide; Treatment C, 100% Bacillus mucilaginosus; CK, 100% clean water. A total of 1 basal fertilizer and 3 foliar spraying were applied. The results showed that the hybrid rice leaf in treatment B had the highest relative chlorophyll content. The increased production in treatment A was the most significant, reaching 13.2%, while that of treatment B and C was 5.6% and 10.9%, respectively. The content of N, P and K in rice grains with the increased application of algal oligosaccharide was generally higher than that of the control. Meanwhile, pH value of root soil in treatment B was the highest, while the relative content of Acidobacteria was the lowest, showing a significant negative correlation. Both algal oligosaccharide and Bacillus mucilaginosus could promote the yield of Yongyou 1540, but the synergistic effect was obvious after the combination.
