    野生与种植博落回各部位生物碱含量分析

    Analysis on Alkaloid Content in Different Parts of the Wild and the Planted Macleaya Cordata

    • 摘要: 探究野生与种植博落回不同部位的原阿片碱、别隐品碱、血根碱、白屈菜红碱和总生物碱的含量差异。采集明溪野生、明溪种植、光泽野生的博落回样品,利用HPLC方法对各部位原阿片碱、别隐品碱、血根碱、白屈菜红碱和总生物碱含量进行测定,并利用SPSS 18.0进行数据的统计与分析。研究结果表明,野生与种植博落回除茎部中的原阿片碱含量和叶部中的别隐品碱外,其他生物碱含量差异不显著。不同的生长条件下博落回同一部位的生物碱含量差异较小,而同一生长条件下博落回不同部位的生物碱含量差异较大,其中根部各生物碱含量更为丰富。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the differences in the content of fumarine, allocryptopine, sanguinarine, chelerythrine and total alkaloids in different parts of the wild and the planted Macleaya cordata, the samples were collected from the wild and the planted Macleaya cordata in Mingxi County and the wild Macleaya cordata in Guangze County. Then, the contents of fumarine, allocryptopine, sanguinarine, chelerythrine and total alkaloids in each part were determined by HPLC method, and SPSS 18.0 was used for the data statistics and analysis. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the contents of other alkaloids between the wild and the planted Macleaya cordata except for the contents of fumarine in the stem and allocryptopine in the leaves. Under different growth conditions, the content of alkaloids in the same part of Macleaya cordata had little difference, while under the same growth condition, the content of alkaloids in different parts of Macleaya cordata had great difference, among which the content of alkaloids in the root was more abundant.
