    坛紫菜与条斑紫菜微量元素富集能力研究

    Analysis on the Enrichment Capacity of Microelements Between Porphyra Haitanensis and Porphyra Yezoensis

    • 摘要: 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)对我国南方坛紫菜及北方条斑紫菜的12种元素铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)及锡(Sn)进行含量测定。结果表明:条斑紫菜Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu及Se含量极显著高于坛紫菜;坛紫菜As、Mo、Cd、Zn及Sn含量极显著或显著高于条斑紫菜;此外,条斑紫菜Pb含量与坛紫菜未存在显著性差异,进一步通过食品安全国家标准的分析,显示两种紫菜Pb含量未超标。

       

      Abstract: The study was performed to determine the contents of 12 elements including Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, As, Se, Mo, Cd, Pb, Zn and Sn in Porphyra haitanensis grown in southern China and Porphyra yezoensis grown in northern China by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The results showed that the contents of Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu and Se in Porphyra yezoensis were significantly higher than those in Porphyra haitanensis, but the contents of As, Mo, Cd, Zn and Sn in Porphyra haitanensis were significantly lower than those in Porphyra yezoensis. In addition, there was no significant difference in Pb content between them. Further analysis through the national food safety standard showed that the Pb content of Porphyra haitanensis and Porphyra yezoensis did not exceed the standard.
