    规模化养猪场粪污厌氧发酵及深度处理技术应用

    Application of Anaerobic Fermentation and Advanced Treatment of Pig Manure in Large-scale Pig Farms

    • 摘要: 为了实现粪便污水处理达标排放的目的,提供了一种新型的污水处理工艺即固液分离-黑膜厌氧发酵塘-水解酸化塘-混凝沉淀池-A/O-深度处理工艺,通过福建省新星种猪育种有限公司建瓯市徐墩镇山边村规模化养猪场的实践应用,经深度处理后出水化学需氧量(CODcr)为147.2 mg·L-1,生物需氧量(BOD5)为28.6 mg·L-1,氨氮含量(NH3-N)为7.6 mg·L-1,悬浮物浓度(SS)为9.8 mg·L-1。该工艺通过技术集成途径建立了新型的猪场粪污处理达标排放模式,为福建省猪场粪污治理及可持续发展提供了一种示范应用。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve the purpose of up-to-standard discharge of fecal sewage treatment, a new sewage treatment process was provided, that was the solid-liquid separation-black membrane anaerobic fermentation pond-hydrolytic acidification pond-coagulative precipitation tank-A/O-advanced treatment process. Through the practice and application of large-scale pig farms in Shanbian Village of Xudun Town in Jian'ou City by Fujian Xinxing Boar Breeding Co., Ltd., after the advanced treatment, the effluent chemical oxygen demand (CODcr), the biological oxygen demand (BOD5) and the ammonia nitrogen content (NH3-N) were respectively 147.2 mg·L-1, 28.6 mg·L-1, and 7.6 mg·L-1. The suspended matter concentration (SS) was 9.8 mg·L-1. This process established a new up-to-standard discharge mode of pig manure treatment by means of the technology integration, which provided a demonstration application for the pig manure treatment and the sustainable development of pig farms in Fujian Province.
