    秸秆及其生物炭添加对土壤酶活性的影响

    Effects of the Addition of Straw and Biochar on the Activities of Soil Enzyme

    • 摘要: 为明确土壤酶活性对不同外源炭添加的响应,采用培养试验,分别添加0、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%土壤质量分数的秸秆和生物炭。结果表明:生物炭对土壤pH、全碳、全氮、速效磷、速效钾含量的提升作用大于秸秆添加,但未对速效氮含量产生显著影响。秸秆添加显著提高了土壤酸性磷酸酶(AP)、β-葡萄糖苷酶(βG)、纤维素水解酶(CBH)、β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、过氧化物酶(PEO)活性(1%添加除外)。生物炭添加显著提高了βG、CBH、PEO活性(1%添加除外);低添加量(1%、2%)显著降低AP、NAG活性,高添加量(3%、4%、5%)显著提高AP、NAG活性。秸秆处理下AP、βG、CBH、NAG、PEO活性分别为相同添加量生物炭的4.08~8.12、12.94~34.63、2.95~61.81、8.39~42.06、0.45~1.20倍。冗余分析发现,速效氮是影响土壤酶活性的关键因子。因此,秸秆添加更有利于土壤水解酶活性提升,而将秸秆制成生物炭添加更有利于土壤养分提升。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the responses of soil enzyme activities to different exogenous carbon additions, the culture experiment was conducted by adding the straw and biochar whose mass fraction in soil was 0, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5%, respectively. The results showed that the promotion effect of the addition of biochar on soil pH, the contents of total carbon, total nitrogen, rapid available phosphorus, and rapid available potassium was greater than that with the addition of straw, but did not significantly affect the content of available nitrogen. The addition of straw significantly improved the activities of soil acid phosphatase (AP),β-glucosidase (βG), cellulolytic hydrolase (CBH),β-N-acetylaminoglucosidase (NAG) and peroxidase (PEO) (expect the addition rate of 1%). The addition of biochar significantly increased the activities of βG, CBH and PEO (expect the addition rate of 1%). The low addition amount (1% and 2%) significantly reduced the activities of AP and NAG, while the high addition amount (3%, 4% and 5%) significantly increased the activities of AP and NAG. The activities of AP, βG, CBH, NAG and PEO with the treatment of straw were respectively 4.08-8.12, 12.94-34.63, 2.95-61.81, 8.39-42.06 and 0.45-1.20 times of that treated with the same addition amount of biochar. The redundancy analysis showed that the available nitrogen was the main factor affecting the activities of soil enzyme. Therefore, the addition of straw was more beneficial to increase the activities of soil hydrolase, while the addition of biochar was more beneficial to increase the soil nutrients.
