    一株猪链球菌的分离鉴定及其防治

    Isolation, Identification and Prevention of a Strain of Streptococcus Suis

    • 摘要: 从福建某发病规模猪场保育猪的肺脏中分离到1株细菌,根据分离细菌的形态观察、生化试验、培养特性、PCR鉴定和动物攻毒试验,结合发病猪的临床症状和病理变化,表明该分离菌为偏向厌氧型链球菌,具有在血平板上培养良好且能致小白鼠发病死亡等特性。药敏试验表明:分离链球菌对万古霉素、亚胺培南、利奈唑胺和菌必治高度敏感,对阿莫西林、氟苯尼考、头孢噻肟、呋喃妥因和替加环素中度敏感,对卡多西环素、多粘菌素、青霉素、链霉素、恩诺沙星等药物不敏感。猪场根据药敏结果,采取紧急防治措施,疫情5 d后得到有效控制。

       

      Abstract: A bacterial strain was isolated from the lungs of weaned pigs in the infected intensive pig farm in Fujian Province. According to the morphological observation, biochemical test, cultural characteristics, PCR identification and animal challenge test of the isolated bacteria, and combined with the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of the infected pigs, it was indicated that the isolated bacteria was partial to anaerobic Streptococcus, which had the characteristics of good culture on blood plate and could cause the disease and death of mice. The drug sensitivity test showed that the isolated Streptococcus was highly sensitive to vancomycin, imipenem, linezolid and rocephin, and was moderately sensitive to amoxicillin, florfenicol, cefotaxime, macrodantin and tigecycline, while was not sensitive to the drugs such as cardoxycycline, polymyxin, penicillin, streptomycin, and enrofloxacin. According to the results of drug sensitivity, the pig farm should take emergency prevention and control measures, and the epidemic could be effectively controlled 5 days later.
