    青梗菜种质资源加代分离技术规程

    Technical Regulations for the Generation-adding Separation of the Germplasm Resources of Chinese Cabbage

    • 摘要: 青梗菜种质资源丰富,但育种时间长、育种进程复杂,严重影响工作的进展。为加快青梗菜新品种的育种进程,通过对青梗菜种子和植株低温春化处理、蕾期人工授粉、剥种皮加代处理、智能人工气候室培养和田间试验鉴定等相结合的手段,可使青梗菜种质资源每年可以繁育3~4代,缩短育种年限至4~5年。在前期试验的基础上,总结了青梗菜种质资源加代分离技术规程,为加快青梗菜品种选育以及资源鉴定评价提供参考。

       

      Abstract: There were abundant germplasm resources of Chinese cabbage, but the long breeding time and complex breeding process seriously affected the work progress. In order to speed up the breeding process of new varieties of Chinese cabbage, through the combination of the treatments such as low temperature vernalization of seeds and plants, artificial pollination at bud stage, seed-peeling and generation-adding processing, cultivation in the intelligent artificial climate chamber and field test evaluation, the germplasm resources of Chinese cabbage could be bred for 3-4 generations every year, and the breeding period could be shortened to 4-5 years. On the basis of the previous experiments, the technical regulations for the generation-adding separation of the germplasm resources of Chinese cabbage were summarized, which could provide reference for the variety breeding and resource identification and assessment of Chinese cabbage.
