    福清市高产优质花生新品种的筛选与综合评价

    Screening and Comprehensive Evaluation of New Peanut Varieties with High Yield and Good Quality in Fuqing City

    • 摘要: 为筛选出适合在福清市种植的高产、抗病、优质花生新品种,2020年春季引进13个花生新品种进行比较试验,以泉花7号为对照,对花生参试品种的农艺性状、丰产性、抗逆性和适应性等进行综合比较。结果表明:泉花1104、泉花21号荚果产量分别比对照增产16.06%和8.75%,籽仁产量比对照增产34.72%和14.34%,差异均达极显著水平。与对照泉花7号相比,泉花1439、泉花1112荚果产量增产达显著水平,泉花1439籽仁产量增产达极显著水平,泉花1112籽仁产量增产但不显著,泉花23号、泉花1306和泉花17号荚果产量均增产但不显著,籽仁产量泉花23号增产极显著、泉花1306增产显著,泉花17号增产不显著;泉花20号荚果产量减产不显著,但籽仁产量增产达极显著水平。各参试花生品种除泉花1306和泉花23抗旱性表现较弱外,其余生长势和抗逆性均表现中或强水平。泉花1104和泉花1439蛋白质含量分别为28.08%和28.48%,达国家高蛋白标准(28%);泉花21号和泉花23号含油量分别为56.97%和58.86%。通过各参试花生品种的产量、抗逆性和适应性等综合比较,泉花1104和泉花21号下一年可以小范围示范试种;泉花1439和泉花1112可继续试验,泉花23号、泉花1306和泉花17号下一年可继续观察种植。

       

      Abstract: In order to screen out the new varieties of peanut which were suitable for being planted in Fuqing City with high yield, disease resistance and good quality, 13 new varieties of peanut were introduced in the spring of 2020 for the comparative test. By taking Quanhua No.7 as the control group, the agronomic characters, high yield, stress resistance and adaptability of the tested varieties of peanut were comprehensively compared. The results showed that the pod yield of Quanhua 1104 and Quanhua No.21 was 16.06% and 8.75% higher than that of the control group, respectively, and the yield of seed kernel was 34.72% and 14.34% higher than that of the control group, with extremely significant differences. Compared with the control group Quanhua No.7, the pod yield of Quanhua 1439 and Quanhua 1112 was significantly increase; the seed kernel yield of Quanhua 1439 was extremely significantly increased, while the seed kernel yield of Quanhua 1112 was increased but not significantly; the pod yield of Quanhua No.23, Quanhua 1306 and Quanhua No.17 were increased but not significantly. The seed kernel yield of Quanhua No.23 was significantly increased, the seed kernel yield of Quanhua 1306 was significantly increased, and the seed kernel yield of Quanhua No.17 was not significantly increased. However, the pod yield of Quanhua No.20 decreased but not significantly, while the seed kernel yield of it increased significantly. Except for the weak drought resistance of Quanhua 1306 and Quanhua No.23, the growth potential and stress resistance of all the tested varieties of peanut were medium or strong. The protein content of Quanhua 1104 and Quanhua 1439 was 28.08% and 28.48%, respectively, which reached the national standard of high protein (28%). The oil content of Quanhua No.21 and Quanhua No.23 was 56.97% and 58.86%, respectively. Through the comprehensive comparison of the yield, stress resistance and adaptability of the tested varieties of peanut, Quanhua 1104 and Quanhua No.21 could be planted in a small area next year; Quanhua 1439 and Quanhua 1112 could continue to be tested, while Quanhua No.23, Quanhua 1306 and Quanhua No.17 could continue to be observed and planted next year.
