    高产优质甜玉米品种的筛选与适应性评价

    Screening and Adaptability Evaluation of Sweet Corn Varieties with High Yield and High Quality

    • 摘要: 为选育出适宜本地种植高产、优质、高抗的甜玉米新品种,明溪县农业科学研究所2021年引进10个甜玉米新品种在明溪县城关乡城东村湖溪洞进行对比试验,试验采用随机区组设计,以粤甜16号为对照,从产量、生物学特性、抗性等性状进行综合比较分析。试验结果表明:闽甜488、福田玉三号产量最高,均为16 593.0 kg·hm-2,比对照粤甜16号增产1 740 kg·hm-2,增产幅度11.7%,增产达极显著水平;斯达甜230、晶煌306、泰珍甜666、闽甜295比对照粤甜16号增产达极显著水平,综合性状好,可小规模示范种植;荟甜8号比对照粤甜16号增产达显著水平,荟甜9号、闽甜869分别比对照减产0.5%、0.7%,减产未达显著水平,综合性状较好,可继续参与试验种植;白天使9号产量为7 518.0 kg·hm-2,减产达极显著水平,综合性状差,建议终止试验。

       

      Abstract: In order to breed the new varieties of sweet corn with high yield, high quality and high resistance which were suitable for the local planting, 10 new varieties of sweet corn were introduced in Huxi Dong, Chengdong Village, Chengguan Town, Mingxi County for the comparative test by Mingxi County Institute of Agricultural Science in 2021. In this experiment, the characters such as the yield, biological characteristics, resistance of Yuetian No.16 were compared and analyzed by using the random block design. The results showed that the yield of Mintian 488 and Futianyu No.3 was the highest with 16 593.0 kg·hm-2, which was 1 740 kg·hm-2 higher than that of Yuetian No.16, with an increase of 11.7%. The yields of Sidatian 230, Jinghuang 306, Taizhentian 666 and Mintian 295 increased significantly compared with that of Yuetian No.16, which had good comprehensive characters and could be planted in the small-scale demonstration. The yield of Huitian No.8 increased significantly compared with that of Yuetian No.16, while the yield of Huitian No.9 and Mintian 869 was 0.5% and 0.7% lower than that of Yuetian No.16, respectively, with the yield reduction did not reach a significant level, which had good comprehensive characters and could continue to participate in the experimental planting. During the day, the yield of No.9 was 7 518.0 kg·hm-2, with the field reduction reaching the extremely significant level, which had poor comprehensive characters, so it was suggested to terminate the experiment.
