    投喂蚕豆对新吉富罗非鱼生长和肉质的影响

    Effects of Feeding Broad Beans on the Growth and Meat Quality of NEW GIFT Oreochromis mossambicus

    • 摘要: 分别用蚕豆和罗非鱼专用配合饲料投喂工厂化循环水养殖模式下的新吉富罗非鱼(New GIFT)108 d,平均体重为1050~1200 g·尾-1,A、B组为试验组,投喂蚕豆,C组为对照组,投喂配合饲料,观察其对新吉富罗非鱼生长性能及肌肉品质的影响。结果表明:A、B组增重率分别为58.30%、59.52%,饲料系数分别为4.35、4.26;C组增重率为69.05%,饲料系数1.78。相对于投喂专用配合饲料,投喂蚕豆使罗非鱼生长速度有一定减缓。A、B和C组在肌肉水分、粗蛋白和粗灰分含量上均无显著差异;A、B组脂肪含量显著低于C组。A、B组与C组滴水损失、羟脯氨酸含量及胶原蛋白含量相比均差异显著(P<0.05)。投喂蚕豆虽然影响新吉富罗非鱼的生长,但可提高其肌肉的品质。

       

      Abstract: The NEW GIFT Oreochromis mossambicus was respectively fed with broad beans and the special compound feed for Oreochromis mossambicus, in the recirculating aquaculture system for 108 days, with an average body weight of 1 050 to 1 200 g per tail. Group A and B were experimental groups. The Groups of A and B were taken as the experimental groups, which were fed with broad beans, and the control group C was fed with the compound feed, in order to observe its effects on the growth performance and muscle quality of NEW GIFT Oreochromis mossambicus. The results showed that: the weight gain rate of Group A and Group B were 58.30% and 59.52%, respectively, and the feed conversion ratio were 4.35 and 4.26, respectively; while the weight gain rate and feed conversion ratio of Group C were 69.05% and 1.78, respectively. Compared with the control group fed with the special compound feed, the growth rate of Oreochromis mossambicus was slowed down to some extent by feeding broad beans. There were no significant differences in the muscle moisture, crude protein and ash contents among the groups of A, B and C. The fat content of Group A and Group B was significantly lower than that of Group C. There were significant differences in the drip loss, hydroxyproline content and collagen content among the groups of A, B and C (P<0.05). Although feeding broad beans affected the growth of NEW GIFT Oreochromis mossambicus, it could improve the quality of its muscle.
