    闽西地区富硒水稻品种(组合)筛选

    Screening of the Selenium-enriched Rice Varieties (Combinations) in Western Fujian

    • 摘要: 为筛选适合闽西地区种植的富硒水稻品种,创建地方特色稻米品牌,促进富硒稻米产业发展。利用宁化县泉上镇泉正村富硒土壤资源,以硒含量达到国家标准GB/T 22499-2008《富硒稻谷》规定的富硒标准限值(0.04 ~0.3 mg·kg-1)并参考农艺性状表现作为富硒品种筛选指标,引进昱香两优馥香占、Q两优丝苗、又香优龙丝苗、隆晶优4013、昌两优丝苗、玉针香、粤良珍禾、华夏香丝等8个水稻品种开展富硒水稻品种田间筛选试验,同时采用欧式距离法进行聚类分析。试验结果表明:参试8个水稻品种稻谷样品平均含硒量为0.0469~0.0569 mg· kg-1,均达到国家富硒水稻硒含量标准;欧式距离法聚类分析结果显示昱香两优馥香占、Q两优丝苗、昌两优丝苗(CK)和华夏香丝4个品种表现较优,结合生育期、抗逆性和农艺性状综合评价昱香两优馥香占、Q两优丝苗和昌两优丝苗(CK)等3个品种整体性状较优,其稻谷产量高、抗逆性强、富硒量高,可作为富硒水稻品种在闽西地区推广种植;华夏香丝、粤良珍禾可作为富硒水稻后备品种,又香优龙丝苗、隆晶优4013、玉针香不建议作为富硒水稻品种在闽西地区推广种植。

       

      Abstract: In order to select the selenium-enriched rice varieties suitable for being planted in western Fujian, create the local characteristic rice brands, and promote the development of selenium-enriched rice industry, by using the selenium-enriched soil resources in Quanzheng Village, Quanshang Town, Ninghua County, and taking the conditions of the selenium content reaching the standard limit value (0.04-0.3 mg·kg-1) stipulated in the national standard GB/T 22499-2008 Selenium-enriched Rice, and the agronomic traits referred as the screening index of selenium-enriched varieties, eight rice varieties, including Yuxiang Liangyou Fuxiangzhan, Q Liangyou Simiao, Youxiang Youlong Simiao, Longjingyou 4013, Changliangyou Simiao, Yuzhenxiang, Yueliang Zhenhe, Huaxia Xiangsi, were introduced to carry out the field screening experiments of selenium-enriched rice varieties. And then the euclidean distance method was used for the cluster analysis. The results showed that the average selenium content in the rice samples of 8 rice varieties was 0.0469-0.0569 mg· kg-1, which reached the national selenium content standard of Selenium-enriched rice. The results of cluster analysis by using the euclidean distance method showed that the performances of the four varieties, including Yuxiang Liangyou Fuxiangzhan, Q Liangyou Simiao, Changliangyou Simiao (CK) and Huaxia Xiangsi, were better. According to the comprehensive evaluation of the growth period, stress resistance and agronomic traits, the overall traits of the three varieties, including Yuxiang Liangyou Fuxiangzhan, Q Liangyou Simiao, and Changliangyou Simiao (CK), were superior with high yield of rice, strong stress resistance and high selenium content, which could be used as the selenium-enriched varieties planted in western Fujian. Huaxia Xiangsi and Yueliang Zhenhe could be used as the reserve varieties of selenium-enriched rice, while Youxianglong Simiao, Longjingyou 4013 and Yuzhenxiang were not recommended to be planted as the selenium-enriched rice varieties in western Fujian.
