    Determination of 18 Kinds of Organophosphorus Pesticides in Pungent Vegetables by QuEChERS Combined with GC-MS/MS

    • 摘要: 建立QuEChERS结合气相色谱-串联质谱法测定7种辛辣蔬菜中18种有机磷农药的分析方法。以7种辛辣蔬菜为材料,试验选择提取剂、质谱条件、净化剂等条件,从而确定7种辛辣蔬菜中18种有机磷农药提取检测方法。结果表明:以乙腈作为提取剂,PSA用量为100 mg,GCB用量为10 mg时,18种有机磷农药在0.05~2.00 mg·L-1 范围内线性良好(r2>0.99);在0.05、0.10 和 0.50 mg·kg-1 3个添加水平的平均回收率介于 61.25%~119.68%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)均小于5.0%,定量限(信噪比 ≥ 10)小于0.01 mg·kg-1。该方法快速、高效、简便、经济、可靠,可以用于测定7种辛辣蔬菜中18种有机磷农药残留。

       

      Abstract: A method was developed for the determination of 18 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in 7 kinds of pungent vegetables by QuEChERS combined with gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. By taking 7 kinds of pungent vegetables as the materials, the conditions of extractant, mass spectrometry and purifying agent were selected to determine the extraction and detection methods for 18 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in 7 kinds of pungent vegetables. The results showed that 18 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides had good linearity in the range of 0.05-2.00 mg·L-1 (r2>0.99) when the acetonitrile was used as the extractant, and the dosage of PSA & GCB was 100 mg and 10 mg, respectively. The average recoveries at three supplemental levels of 0.05, 0.10 and 0.50 mg·kg-1 were in the range of 61.25%-119.68%. The relative standard deviations (RSD, n=6) were less than 5.0%, and the limits of quantitation (signal-to-noise ratio≥10) were less than 0.01 mg·kg-1. The method was rapid, efficient, simple, economical and reliable, which could be used to determine 18 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in 7 kinds of pungent vegetables.
