    食用、加工双优质高产型甘薯新品种福薯806的选育

    Breeding of New Sweet Potato Variety Fushu 806 with High Quality and High Yield for Edible Utilization and Processing

    • 摘要: 福薯806是福建省农业科学院作物研究所以福薯604为母本,广薯87、福薯90916、福薯2号、龙薯710、胜利百号、金薯14等品种为父本进行集团杂交选育而成,该品种2020-2021年参加福建省甘薯区试,两年鲜薯平均产量38 448.75 kg·hm-2,比对照广薯87增产6.43%;薯干产量10 135.35 kg·hm-2,比对照广薯87增产11.74%;淀粉产量6 610.05 kg·hm-2,比对照广薯87增产13.63%;干物率29.35%,淀粉率19.17%;薯块蛋白质含量0.78 μg·hg-1,可溶性糖含量3.58%,胡萝卜素含量248 μg·hg-1;中抗蔓割病,中感薯瘟。食味品质和外观鉴定综合评价,其中食味评分82.6分,比对照广薯87高2.6分;外观评分81.6分,比对照广薯87高1.4分,食用品质达到特优质品种水平,适合作为倒蒸地瓜干产品的原料薯。

       

      Abstract: Fushu 806 was bred by the Crop Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences with Fushu 604 as the female parent and Guangshu 87, Fushu 90916, Fushu No.2, Longshu 710, Shengli No.100, Jinshu 14 as the male parent. This variety participated in the regional experiment of sweet potato in Fujian Province from 2020 to 2021, and the average yield of fresh tuber in the two years was 38 448.75 kg·hm-2, which was 6.43% higher than that of the control group Guangshu 87. The dry matter yield of tuber was 10 135.35 kg·hm-2, which was 11.74% higher than that of the control group Guangshu 87. The starch yield was 6 610.05 kg·hm-2, which was 13.63% higher than that of the control group Guangshu 87. The dry matter rate was 29.35%, the starch content was 19.17%, the protein content of tuber was 0.78 μg·hg-1, the soluble sugar content was 3.58%, and the carotenoid content was 248 μg·hg-1. This variety was moderately resistant to fusarium wilt disease and moderately susceptible to sweet potato blast. The comprehensive evaluation of taste quality and appearance identification showed that the taste score was 82.6 points, which was 2.6 points higher than that of the control group Guangshu 87. The appearance score was 81.6 points, which was 1.4 points higher than that of the control group Guangshu 87, and the edible quality reached the level of special high-quality varieties, which was suitable for being used as the raw material of the steamed dried sweet potato products.
