    不同部位及ABT浓度对鲜食型花生扦插效果的影响

    Effects of Different Parts and ABT Concentrations on the Cutting Effect of Fresh-eating Peanut

    • 摘要: 为提高鲜食型花生扦插繁殖系数,以冀花甜1号植株为试材,采用不同插条部位及ABT浓度对鲜食型花生扦插生长的影响进行研究。结果表明:花生不同部位扦插的成活率由大到小为上部>中部>下部;花生植株上部扦插经5种不同浓度ABT生根剂处理,其中150 mg·L-1浓度处理扦插效果最好,长势最旺,扦插40 d后其成活率为83.3%,平均生根12.7条,平均根长2.85 cm,其产量达3259.04 kg·hm-2,比清水对照增产148.48%,差异极显著。经相关性检测分析,花生生根数和根长与产量之间均呈极显著正相关关系。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the cuttage propagation coefficient of fresh-eating peanut, the effect of different cutting parts and ABT concentration on the cutting growth of fresh-eating peanut was studied by taking Jihuatian No.1 plant as the test material. The results showed that the survival rate of cutting in different parts of peanut was in the order of the upper part > middle part > lower part. The upper cuttings of peanut plant were treated with five different concentrations of ABT rooting agents, among which the treatment with 150 mg·L-1 concentration had the best cutting effect and the most vigorous growth vigour. After 40 days of cutting, the survival rate was 83.3%, the average rooting was 12.7, the average root length was 2.85 cm, and the yield reached 3259.04 kg·hm2, which was 148.48% higher than that of the control group with clear water, and the difference was very significant. The correlation detection analysis showed that the rooting number and root length of peanuts were positively correlated with the yield.
