    植物生长调节剂对杂交兰株型矮化的影响

    Effects of the Plant Growth Regulators on the Plant Type Dwarfing of Hybrid Cymbidium

    • 摘要: 为了探索杂交兰株型矮化的化学控制,以杂交兰紫妍氏及其叶艺品种福韵西施为材料,通过喷施多效唑(PP333) 、烯效唑(S3307)、矮壮素(CCC)等植物生长调节剂,比较分析喷施植物生长调节剂后的植株高度、植株宽度、新芽高度和新芽宽度,筛选出控制紫妍氏和福韵西施株型矮化的最佳植物生长调节剂和浓度。结果表明:喷施3种植物生长调节剂均能在一定程度上控制杂交兰株型矮化,从紫妍氏株型矮化整体效果来看,烯效唑的效果优于多效唑和矮壮素,其中150、200 mg·L-1效果最为显著;从福韵西施株型矮化整体效果来看,200 mg·L-1 烯效唑和2000 mg·L-1矮壮素是较优的选择。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the chemical control of the plant type dwarfing of hybrid Cymbidium, the hybrid Cymbidium Ziyanshi and its leaf art variety Fuyunxishi were used as the materials. By spraying the plant growth regulators such as paclobutrazol (PP333), uniconazole (S3307) and chlorocholine chloride (CCC), the plant height, plant width, new bud height and new bud width after spraying the plant growth regulators were compared and analyzed, and the best plant growth regulators and concentrations for controlling the plant type dwarfing of Ziyanshi and Fuyunxishi were selected. The results showed that spraying the three plant growth regulators could control the plant type dwarfing of hybrid Cymbidium to a certain extent. From the overall dwarfing effect of the plant type of Ziyanshi, the effect of uniconazole was better than that of paclobutrazol and chlorocholine chloride, among which 150 mg·L-1 and 200 mg·L-1 uniconazole had the most significant effect. From the overall dwarfing effect of the plant type of Fuyunxishi, 200 mg·L-1 uniconazole and 2 000 mg·L-1 chlorocholine chloride were the better choice.
