    8个春石斛栽培种花瓣挥发性成分差异分析

    Difference Analysis of the Volatile Components in the Petals ofEight Cultivated Species of Dendrboium

    • 摘要: 为研究不同春石斛栽培种花瓣中挥发性成分组成特点及其差异,采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术,分析了杂交紫花、黑毛珍珠、红爵士、火鸟公主、黄钻戒、台湾公主、大汉王后和耳环等8个春石斛栽培种花瓣挥发性成分及其相对含量,并应用主成分分析和聚类分析确定品种间的亲疏关系。结果表明:8个栽培种共检测到130种挥发性成分,以萜烯类化合物为主;春石斛花瓣中的主要挥发性成分为β-罗勒烯、β-石竹烯、芳樟醇、α-蒎烯、水杨酸甲酯和辛醇,因其组成和含量的变化导致了品种间的香气感官差异;主成分分析结果显示8个栽培种具有明显的区域分布特征。此外,聚类分析将8个栽培种分为3组:黑毛珍珠和杂交紫花为一组,火鸟公主、红爵士和黄钻戒为一组,台湾公主、大汉王后和耳环为一组。该研究结果为春石斛香气物质的利用和香型品种的培育提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the composition characteristics of volatile components in the petals of different cultivated species of Dendrboium and their differences, the headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) combined with the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the volatile components and their relative contents in the petals of eight cultivated species of Dendrboium, including Zajiaozihua, Heimaozhenzhu, Hongjueshi, Huoniaogongzhu, Huangzuanjie, Taiwangongzhu, Dahanwanghou and Erhuan. And the principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to determine the relationship between the varieties. The results showed that a total of 130 volatile components were detected in the eight cultivated species, mainly terpenoids. The main volatile components in the petals of Dendrboium were β-ocimene, β-caryophyllene, linalool, α-pinene, methyl salicylate and octyl alcohol. The changes of their composition and content led to the difference of aroma sensory between the varieties. The results of principal component analysis showed that the eight cultivated species had obvious regional distribution characteristics. In addition, the eight cultivated species were divided into three groups by cluster analysis: Heimaozhenzhu and Zajiaozihua were a group; Huoniaogongzhu, Hongjueshi and Huangzuanjie were a group; Taiwangongzhu, Dahanwanghou and Erhuan were a group. The results of this study could provide reference for the utilization of aroma substances and the cultivation of aroma type varieties of Dendrboium.
