    11个马铃薯品种(系)在闽东地区的适应性评价

    Adaptability Evaluation of the 11 Potato Varieties (Lines) in Eastern Fujian

    • 摘要: 福建省闽东地区马铃薯品种单一,难以满足多元化市场需求问题,为筛选出适宜闽东地区种植的优良马铃薯品种。引进11个马铃薯品种(系),以荷兰15为对照(CK),对其生育期、农艺性状、块茎形状、产量及病害发生情况进行适应性评价。结果表明:参试品种(系)中闽薯12号、闽薯5号、闽薯2号、泉薯5号、闽彩薯4号、闽诚2号、闽龙薯1号、闽薯9号、实验1号等9个品种均比CK增产,增产率分别为:45.9%、34.2%、28.6%、23.6%、22.9%、22.2%、18.4%、12.7%、11.6%,且达到显著水平;早疫病、晚疫病和黑胫病发病率最低的品种有4个,分别是闽薯2号、闽薯5号、闽诚2号、闽薯9号。通过综合评价,闽薯5号、闽薯2号、闽诚2号3个品种产量高,发病率低,抗病(逆)强,适合在霞浦县示范、推广种植,其余品种有待进一步试验研究。

       

      Abstract: The potato varieties in eastern Fujian were single, which was difficult to meet the diversified market demand. In order to screen out the excellent potato varieties suitable for being planted in eastern Fujian, ten potato varieties (lines) were introduced, and then the adaptability evaluation of their growth period, agronomic traits, tuber form, yield and disease occurrence was carried out with Holland 15 as the control group (CK). The results showed that: Among the tested varieties (lines), the yields of the nine varieties including Minshu No.12, Minshu No.5, Minshu No.2, Quanshu No.5, Mincaishu No.4, Mincheng No.2, Minlongshu No.1, Minshu No.9 and Shiyan No.1 were all higher than CK, and the yield increasing rates were 45.9%, 34.2%, 28.6%, 23.6%, 22.9%, 22.2%, 18.4%, 12.7% and 11.6%, respectively, which all reached the significant level. And the four varieties with the lowest incidence of early blight disease, late blight de tection and black shank disease were Minshu No.2, Minshu No.5, Mincheng No.2 and Minshu No.9. Through the comprehensive evaluation, the three varieties including Minshu No.5, Minshu No.2 and Mincheng No.2 had high yield, low incidence and strong disease resistance, which were suitable to for the demonstration and cultivation promotion in Xiapu County, while the remaining varieties needed the further experimental study.
