    MAPKKK参与植物生长发育及逆境胁迫调控的研究进展

    Research Progress on the Involvement of MAPKKK in the Regulation of Plant Growth and Development and Adversity Stress

    • 摘要: MAPKKK(Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase)作为MAPK 级联信号通路的上游成员,负责接收外部信号并将其传输至下游MAPKK和MAPK,在MAPK级联信号接收、放大和传递过程中发挥重要作用。近年来有不少研究证实,MAPK级联信号通路在植物的生长发育过程及适应逆境胁迫方面都发挥着重要作用。综述了MAPKKK参与调控植物生长发育以及抵抗逆境胁迫功能的研究进展。

       

      Abstract: Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase (MAPKKK) is an upstream component of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascade signaling pathway. It is responsible for receiving the external signals and transmitting them to the downstream MAPKK and MAPK, which plays an important role in the process of receiving, amplifying, and transmitting MAPK cascade signals. In recent years, some studies confirmed that the MAPK cascade signaling pathway has played an important role in the growth and development process of plant and the adaptation to the adversity stress. Therefore, the research progress on the involvement of MAPKKK in the regulation of plant growth and development and the resistance to adversity stress was reviewed.
