    60Co-γ射线辐照汕油红2号创制油用型花生新品系

    Creating of the New Strains of Oil-purpose Type Peanut Through the Irradiation of 60Co-γ Ray to Shanyouhong No.2

    • 摘要: 研究运用60Co-γ射线辐照诱变结合近红外光谱品质分析技术,创制优良油用型花生新种质的效果。以350、400 Gy剂量的60Co-γ射线辐照花生汕油红2号干种子,并运用近红外光谱分析等方法对后代材料进行鉴定、筛选。结果表明:以半致死剂量为选择标准,汕油红2号干种子60Co-γ射线辐照诱变的适宜剂量为350 Gy;创制优良M5油用型品系2个。其中,辐汕油红2号350/51粗脂肪含量较对照(汕油红2号)提高3.21%,达极显著水平;干荚果产量较对照增加3.01%,出仁率与对照相当。辐汕油红2号350/57粗脂肪含量较对照提高2.95%,达极显著水平;干荚果产量较对照增加10.84%,出仁率显著高于对照。该研究结果为花生遗传改良提供了优良新种质,也为花生60Co-γ射线辐照诱变育种研究提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the effect of creating the new germplasm of excellent oil-purpose type peanut by using the irradiation mutagenesis with 60Co-γ ray combined with the technology of near-infrared spectrum quality analysis, the dry seeds of peanut, Shanyouhong No.2, were irradiated with 350 and 400 Gy doses of 60Co-γ ray, and the progeny materials were identified and screened by using near-infrared spectroscopy analysis and other methods. The results showed that: by taking the medial lethal dose as the choice criterion, the appropriate dose of irradiation mutagenesis with 60Co-γ ray for the dry seeds of Shanyouhong No.2 was 350 Gy; and then two excellent oil-purpose type strains of M5 were created. Among them, the crude fat content of Fushanyouhong No.2 350/51 was 3.21% higher than that of the control group (Shanyouhong No.2), reaching a very significant level. The yield of dry pods increased by 3.01% compared with the control group, and the peanut kernel rate was comparable to that of the control group. The crude fat content of Fushan youhong No.2 350/57 was 2.95% higher than that of the control group, reaching a very significant level. The yield of dry pods increased by 10.84% compared with the control group, and the peanut kernel rate was significantly higher than that of the control group. The results of this study provided excellent new germplasms for the genetic improvement of peanut, and also provided reference for the research on the breeding of peanut by irradiation mutation with 60Co-γ ray.
