生态文明视角下乡镇农业科技服务组织的调查与思考——以龙岩市两个乡镇农技站为例

Investigation and consideration of the township agricultural technology service organizationin perspective of ecological civilization——Taking Two Township Agricultural Technique Extension Stations in Longyan City as an Axample

摘要: 乡镇农技站与千家万户农民联系密切,是政府服务“三农”的最基层窗口。通过对龙岩市两个有代表性的基层农技站机构设置和农技推广人员工作情况的调查,了解新时期农业转型升级发展和生态文明建设进程中乡镇农业科技服务组织的现状,并分析存在的问题,从政府、农技站和农技推广人员方面,提出推进乡镇农业科技服务组织发展的思考和建议。

Abstract: Township Agricultural Technique Extension Stations connects closely with thousands of farmer households, are the most basic window of the government service to “sannong” (agriculture, rural area and farmer). Through survey and visit to the institutional settings and working condition of agricultural extension staffs in two representative primary stations in the Longyan city, the current status of the township agricultural technology service organization in the new period of agriculture upgrade and construction of ecological civilization were understood, existing problems were analyzed, the considerations and suggestions in promoting the township agricultural technology service organization were put forward from the perspectives of government, agricultural station and the agricultural extension staff.
