    Analysis on yield related traits between pepc transgenic indica rice restorer line N175 and original restorer

    • 摘要: 比较了转甘蔗pepc基因的籼稻恢复系“N175”植株及其非转基因对照的光合效率和产量相关性状,结果表明:转基因植株的光合效率、单株穗数、千粒重、单株产量等性状有较大提高。说明甘蔗pepc基因在水稻中的异源表达可以实现增产目的。

       

      Abstract: This paper compared on some agronomic performances and photosynthetic efficiency between pepc Transgenic N175 plants and non-transgenic N175 plants, The results showed that transgenic N175 plants had better greatly improved in aspects of photosynthetic efficiency, plant spikes, grain weight, yield per plant, etc. Therefore, transferring the sugarcane pepc gene into rice can achieve the purpose of increasing production.
