Abstract: A management mode of village-finance controlled by Town-audit was undertaken in change City, its organization and practical measures were summarized. Via through its implementation, the construction of rural basic party style and clean government was improved, corruption was prevented from the source, and the legitimate rights of farmers were safeguarded.
