    • 摘要: 阐述沙县村集体会计委托代理的做法、成效,分析沙县实行村集体会计委托代理存在的问题,提出通过创新方法、改革机制、完善制度来逐一解决、提升村财村务管理与监管水平的建议。

       

      Abstract: Discussing the practice and effectiveness of village collective accounting agency in Sha County, analyzing the problems of village collective accounting agency, and putting suggestions such as innovation and reform mechanism, perfect system ,to resolve and enhance the management and supervision level of village finance.
