    Determination of mineral elements in Moringaoleifera leaves by microwave digestion and ICP-OES method

    • 摘要: 采用微波消解ICP-OES法对福建省种植的辣木中的32种矿物质元素含量进行测定,结果表明:福建种植的辣木叶富含对人体有益的矿物质元素,每100 g辣木叶粉中含有的32种矿物质元素含量分别为K 1550.555 mg、P 565.125 mg、Mg 324.310 mg、Ca 1692.072 mg、Ba 0.627 mg、Sr 3.511 mg、A1 3.373 mg、I 14.798 mg、Fe 16.482 mg、Mn 6.246 mg、B 2.203 mg、Zn 4.755 mg、Cu 0.759 mg、Mo 0.104 mg、Ni 0.051 mg、Ti 0.085 mg、Ag 0.925 mg、Bi 0.015 mg、Ru 0.076 mg、Sm 0.002 mg、Au 0.037 mg、La 0.156 mg、Ce 0.181 mg、Co 0.022 mg、Se 0.066 mg、V 0.159 mg、Cr 0.100 mg、As 0.015 mg、Sn 9.353 mg、Cd 0.005 mg、Hg 0.000 mg、Tl 0.039 mg。

       

      Abstract: Contents of 32 mineral elements in Moringaoleifera leaves in Fujian were analyzed by microwave digestion and ICP-OES method. The results showed the content of 32 mineral elements in Moringaoleifera leaf powder(100 g) are as follows:K 1550.555 mg, P 565.125 mg, Mg 324.310 mg, Ca 1692.072 mg, Ba 0.627 mg, Sr 3.511 mg, Al 13.373 mg, I 14.798 mg, Fe 16.482 mg, Mn 6.246 mg, B 2.203 mg, Zn 4.755 mg, Cu 0.759 mg, Mo 0.104 mg, Ni 0.051 mg, Ti 0.085 mg, Ag 0.925 mg, Bi 0.015 mg, Ru 0.076 mg, Sm 0.002 mg, Au 0.037 mg, La 0.156 mg, Ce 0.181 mg, Co 0.022 mg, Se 0.066 mg, V 0.159 mg, Cr 0.100 mg, As 0.015 mg, Sn 9.353 mg, Cd 0.005 mg, Hg 0.000 mg, Tl 0.039 mg. The study demonstrates that the Moringaoleifera leaves embrace lots of macro-elements and micro-elements which are beneficial to people’s health.
