    Application of acoustic technology to nondestructive determination of watermelon quality

    • 摘要: 对近年来国内外声学技术在西瓜品质无损检测中的应用进展进行了综述。重点介绍了声振法、声学特性法和多种传感器融合技术的原理,国内外研究进展及其优缺点。提出现有西瓜品质无损检测技术存在的问题,并对未来西瓜品质无损检测技术的发展予以展望。

       

      Abstract: Application progress in acoustic technology to nondestructive test for watermelon quality in recent years at home and abroad were reviewed. The introduction focused on the principle, research progress and advantages and disadvantages of acoustic vibration, acoustic characteristics and multi-sensor fusion techniques. Existing problems in nondestructive detection technology in watermelons were put out, and the future development trend of nondestructive detection technology in watermelons was prospected.
