    Carbohydrate accumulation and variation of relative enzyme activitiesduring fruit development of Longan

    • 摘要: 以立冬本、冬宝9号、苗翘、青壳宝圆等 4个龙眼品种为材料, 测定不同果实发育时期果实中蔗糖、葡萄糖和果糖含量以及蔗糖代谢相关酶的活性, 并对果实中糖积累与酶活性的关系进行分析。

       

      Abstract: By using four Longan varieties, i.e. “Lidongben”, “Dongbao 9”, “Miaoqiao” and “Qingkebaoyuan” as materials, amounts of sucrose, glucose and fructose contained in fruits, and activities of relative enzyme in sucrose metabolism were detected during the various fruit development periods. And then the correlation between carbohydrate accumulation and enzyme activities were also analyzed.
