    • 摘要: 为加强对农村“一事一议”财政奖补工作的管理,总结分析了南安市实施“一事一议”财政奖补2010年试点工作以来取得的成效、主要做法及经验,提出今后更好地推动这项工作的相关建议。

       

      Abstract: In order to strengthen the management on rural financial awards and complement by using the method of “one decision for one matter”, this paper summarized and analyzed the achievements, practices and experiences of these work in Nanan City since 2010, put forward relevant proposals in order to promote this work.
