    漳平青仁乌豆提纯复壮与应用研究

    Purification and rejuvenation of “Zhangping Qingrenwudou”(black soybean with green kernel) and its application

    • 摘要: 从2010年开始, 历时4年对漳平市青仁乌豆优良地方品种“漳平青仁乌豆”进行提纯复壮的系列试验。从单株选择开始, 经株行比较和株系鉴定, 到混系繁殖和品种示范, 决选出10个株系, 经混系后繁殖生产原种和进行品种示范, 达到预期目标。其中, QLW1037和 QLW1026株系增产幅度最大, 连续2年表现较好, 各项技术指标达到要求, 有望成为新品系。

       

      Abstract: A series of experiment for purifying and rejuvenating local soybean variety “Zhangping Qingrenwudou” have been carried out since 2010. Ten strains were selected by individual selection, line and row comparison, strain identification, mixed strains reproduction and demonstration of selected variety. These 10 strains were reproduced for producing seeds, undertaking the demonstrative test and achieved the expected target. Among these strains, “QLW1037” and “QLW 1026” showed higher yield than original strain in continuously two years. Moreover, their technical indexes could meet the requirements and could become new potential strains.
