    进境木片松材线虫PCR检测方法研究

    PCR method for detection of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in imported pine wood platelets

    • 摘要: 利用松材线虫rDNA内转录区(ITS)特异性引物,对泉州口岸入境木片携带的线虫基因组DNA进行特异性PCR扩增,建立一套快速准确的线虫检测鉴定方法。将该检测方法应用于泉州口岸现场检疫鉴定,结果未检测到松材线虫,与传统形态学鉴定方法结果一致。

       

      Abstract: With the specific primes for internal transcribed spacer of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus rDNA, nematode genomic DNA carried in the imported pine wood platelets from Quanzhou Port were specifically amplified with PCR method in order to set up a quick and accurate detection way for nematodes. The results applied this detection way in Quanzhou Port showed that no Bursaphelenchus xylophilus was found, which was consistent with the results detected by traditional morphology method.
