Abstract: A new rice variety Yongyou No.15 was introduced and cultivated as late rice in Chengtou Town of Fuqing City in 2012. Via through a two-year trial, it performed the characters of heading early, full heading stage in safe duration, big panicle with much grain number, high yield, good grain quality. According to its characteristics, it needs to pay attention in the cultivation of sowing in time, rational plant density, scientific fertilizer and water management, timely controlling of diseases and pests, harvesting in time, in order to improve the yield and quality.
