    Uncertainty evaluation on Fipronil residue in cabbage by joint detection withgas chromatograph-mass spectrometer

    • 摘要: 介绍用气相色谱—质谱联用法测定甘蓝中氟虫腈残留量不确定度的方法,建立不确定度评定的数学模型,进而分析确定了不确定度的来源,并对其各个分量进行量化和合成。评定结果表明:标准曲线拟合、重复性测量和回收率是其测量不确定度的主要来源;当甘蓝中氟虫腈含量为0.0821 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度U = 0.00492 mg/kg(k = 2)。

       

      Abstract: A joint detection method with gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) for uncertainty evaluation of Fipronil residue in cabbage was introduced, and a mathematical model for evaluating the uncertainty was established, and then the uncertainty origins was determined, the uncertainty components were quantized and synthesized. The results showed that the uncertainty origins in determination were composed of standard fitting curve, replications, and recovery rate. When Fipronil content in cabbage was 0.0821 mg/kg, the extend uncertainty was U=0.00492 mg/kg (k=2).
