    泥炭土覆土栽培对双孢蘑菇产量及营养成分的影响

    Effects of soil-cover culture with peat soil on yield and nutritional componentof white mushroom (Agaricus bisporus)

    • 摘要: 研究不同泥炭土添加比例覆土栽培双孢蘑菇对其产量的影响,并首次对泥炭土覆土栽培双孢蘑菇子实体的主要营养成分和功能氨基酸含量进行初步研究,结果表明:用泥炭土覆土栽培双孢蘑菇可以提高其产量及相对净收益。增加子实体中的粗蛋白、总糖含量,提高其氨基酸、必需氨基酸、甜味氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸含量。用1份泥炭土、2份红壤土进行覆土栽培,对提高双孢蘑菇的产量、品质和生产效益效果最显著。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,effects of soil-cover cultures with peat soil at different adding proportion on the yield of Agaricus bisporus were studied, and its main nutritional component and amino acid content were studied for the first time. The results showed that soil-cover culture with peat soil could improve the yield and relative net income of white mushroom, and increase the contents of crude protein, total sugar, amino acid, essential amino, sweet amino acid and delicious amino acid in fruiting body. Among all the treatments, the treatment of 1 peat soil+2 red loam had the best effect in improving the yield, quality and production benefit of white mushroom.
