添加凝结魏茨曼氏菌对大口黑鲈幼鱼生长性能、免疫力以及肠道组织的影响

    Effects of Weizmannia Coagulans on Growth Performance, Immunity and Intestinal Histology of Juvenile Micropterus salmoides

    • 摘要: 采用30 d的单因素饲养试验,在体质量为(1.05±0.05)g·尾−1的大口黑鲈Micropterus salmoides幼鱼配合饲料中添加0.05%凝结魏茨曼氏菌,以未添加为对照组。旨在考察饲料中添加凝结魏茨曼氏菌对大口黑鲈幼鱼生长性能、肠道健康及免疫功能调控的影响。结果表明:凝结魏茨曼氏菌极显著提高了大口黑鲈幼鱼的增重率(P<0.01)和特定生长率(P<0.01),并极显著降低饵料系数(P<0.01)。组织学分析显示,试验组肠道绒毛长度和肌层厚度显著增加,肝脏空泡化程度减轻。此外,凝结魏茨曼氏菌极显著提升了肠道碱性磷酸酶(P<0.01)和酸性磷酸酶活性(P<0.01),同时增强肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05)。研究证实,凝结魏茨曼氏菌通过促进消化酶分泌、改善肠道形态和增强抗氧化防御体系,从而提升大口黑鲈幼鱼的生长性能和健康状态,为其在水产养殖中的应用提供了科学依据。

       

      Abstract: A 30-day single factor feeding test was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with 0.05% Weizmannia coagulans on the growth performance, intestinal health and immune function in juvenile Micropterus salmoides with the body weight of (1.05±0.05) g·tail−1, while the control group was not added. The results showed that Weizmannia coagulans significantly increased the weight gain rate (P<0.01) and specific growth rate (P<0.01), while the feed coefficient was significantly reduced (P<0.01). The histological analysis showed that the length of intestinal villus and the thickness of muscle layer in the experimental group were significantly increased, and the degree of liver vacuolization was reduced. Furthermore, Weizmannia coagulans significantly increased the intestinal alkaline phosphatase (P<0.01) and acid phosphatase activity (P<0.01), while the hepatic catalase (CAT) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) activity were significantly enhanced (P<0.05). This study confirmed that Weizmannia coagulans could significantly improve the growth performance and health status of juvenile Micropterus salmoides by promoting the secretion of digestive enzymes, improving the intestinal morphology and strengthening the antioxidant defense system, providing a scientific basis for its application in aquaculture.
