Abstract:
In order to promote the development of
Artemisia argyi industry in Linxia, the essential oil from the cultivated and wild
Artemisia argyi was extracted by steam distillation, and the essential oil content of
Artemisia argyi was determined. Then, the volatile components of essential oil from
Artemisia argyi were further analyzed by GC-MS, which provided a scientific basis for the rational utilization of
Artemisia argyi resources in Linxia. The results showed that: the extraction rate of essential oil from wild
Artemisia argyi in Linxia was 0.45%. A total of 84 components were separated by GC-MS, of which 42 components were identified with a relative content of 73.55%, and the contents of eudesmol (13.08%), camphor (9.24%) and α-thujone (8.51%) were higher. The research has shown that compared with
Artemisia argyi from other producing areas, the essential oil of
Artemisia argyi grown in Linxia contained higher levels of borneol, which was a resource advantage. However, there was no obvious advantage in wild
Artemisia argyi leaves in Linxia.
