Consideration on intellectual property operation of Fujian academy of agricultural sciences

Agricultural science and technology innovation and intellectual property transformation connect and complement each other closely. In this study, we summarized the countermeasures and the preliminary effectiveness of science and technology innovation and the intellectual property transformation in Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and put forward the further developing ideas and suggestions.
