    Introducing test of new sweet-wax corn varieties

    • A comparison trial, including the observation on traits of growth period, agronomic characters, resistance and yield of all varieties, was carried out in Pucheng Seed Multiplication Farm in 2013 by using twelve introduced sweet-wax corn varieties. The results showed that the varieties of “Huasuiwantian No.5”, “Huasuiwantian No.12”, “Huasuiwanhuangtiannuo 105” and “Jiabaitiannuo No.1” were suitable to extend in areas with same climatic condition in Pucheng County.
