    A preliminary study on stubble height of ratooned rice harvested by machine

    • A trial of different stubble heights of ratooned rice harvested by machine was conducted in order to study effects of stubble height on growth period of ratoon rice, emerging status, major traits and yield. The results showed that in Pucheng County “Jiayou99” could be used as ratooned rice harvested by machine. When stubble height was 25-35 cm, the rice yield was higher.
