Test on optimum planting density for different Coix lachrymaljobi varieties

Effects of 4 planting densities on yield of different Coix lachrymaljobi varieties were studied by using “cuiyi1”, “longyi1” and “TaiwangCoix” as the material. The results showed that the maineffect of variety and the interactions between variety and density showed significant effects, but the maineffect of density showed no significant differences. And the plant had highest yields of “cuiyi1”, “longyi1” and “TaiwangCoix” were at the planting densities were 120 cm×25 cm, 120 cm×30 cm and 120 cm×20 cm, respectively.
