Primary report on improving acid soil with soil conditioner Shidijia

A test on applying soil conditioner “Shidijia” to acid soil in Yong’an City was carried out. The results showed that applying soil conditioper 2 kg could improve the pH value by 0.4, and increase the content of total nitrogen, available potassium and organic matter by 0.15 g/kg, 5 mg/kg and 0.06 g/kg, respectively, but decrease the content of available phosphorus by 0.6 mg/kg; the yield of early rice increased by 9.82%.
