Productive test of new late rice varieties in 2014

In our study, a productive test of six introduced varieties, “Ganyou 673”, “Zhongzheyou 86”, “Fulongliangyou 1031”, “Hengfengyou 387”, “Guang 8 you 673” and “Anyou 18”, was carried out in order to screen high quality late hybrid rice suitable for cultivation in Shanghang County. Results showed that “Guang 8 you 673”, “Fulongliangyou 1031”, “Anyou 18” and “Ganyou 673” had higher yield than “Yiyou673” as control. So, “Guang 8 you 673”, “Fulongliangyou 673” and “Anyou 18” were suggested to be extended in trial and “Ganyou 673” and “Hengfengyou 387” to be continuously tested in trial.
