A comparison test of post-tobacco rice varieties

In this paper, seven post-tobacco hybrid rice varieties were compared in the field of Youxi Seed Reproduction Farm with “Ⅱyouming 86” as control. The results showed that “Guangyou 3186” and “Yongyou No.9” showed high yield, high quality and higher resistance to diseases. The yield of “Guangyou 3186” and “Yongyou No.9” was 630 kg per 667 m and higher than control of “Ⅱyouming 86” by over 10%. So, “Guangyou 3186” and “Yongyou No.9” could be potential commercial varieties in Youxi County.
