    Case analysis on detecting weeds from imported American soybean in Quanzhou port

    • According to detection of imported soybean in Quanzhou Port during 2007-2014, detecting condition of weeds from imported transgenic soybean of 84 ships from five American countries, such as the United States, was analyzed. The results showed that a total of 14 kinds of quarantine weed imported from the United States soybean were intercepted, and 13, 9, 4 and 4 kinds of quarantine weed were intercepted respectively from imported soybean of Brazil, Argentina, Canada and Uruguay. Through the analysis of epidemic data, the suggestions were proposed for supervising weed quarantine from imported soybean.
