Test summary on the eleventh round pre-experiment of National Sugarcane Varieties (lines) in Zhangzhou

Taking 15 new sugarcane varieties as test materials, the eleventh round pre-experiment of National Sugarcane Varieties (lines) was carrying on in Longwen District, Zhangzhou City. The results showed that Funong 09-2201, Funong 09-7111, Yuegan No.45, G uitang 06-2081 and Mintang 06-1405 showed strong adaptability, high yield and high sugar content, among which the cane yield of Funong 09-2201 was the highest (per 667 m² yield 8476 kg), sugar content of Funong 09-7111 was the highest (per 667 m² yield 1305 kg); dried rate of interior leaf of seedlings in these five lines was 0.30%-2.55%, without smut, shoot rot and brown rot.
