Abstract
Effects of salinity change on the Na+/K+-ATP enzymatic activity of gills and liver tissue in juvenile of takingfugu obscures were studied. The results showed that the survival rate was 100% both for the control group and treatment group. The Na+/K+-ATP enzymatic activity in gills was at a lower level in the treatment of control and 8 or 18 salinity treatments, and showed significant difference. The effect of salinity change on the Na+/ K+-ATP enzymatic activity of gills and liver tissue had obvious difference, which showed that takingfugu obscures had the strong ability to adapt to salinity changes and could well adapt to the culture water environment with salinity below 18.
