    Study on extracting and decoloring technology of collagen peptide from tilapia scales

    • In order to explore the best decoloring technology of collagen peptide from tilapia scales, the decolorizing with macro-porous adsorption and resin decolorizing were used to study the technology. The results showed that the resin type which more suitable for decoloring was D4006, its optimum decoloring dosage was 2g/g (resin/peptide powder), and the treating time was 80 min and the treating temperature was 25 ℃. Under these conditions, the peptide loss rate was 6.71%, the end product whiteness was 62.48, which achieved the decoloring goal and quality requirement for sending collagen peptide.
