Microbial monitoring and analysis of domestic drinking water in Quanzhou City in 2014

In this paper, microbiological indicator of domestic drinking water in Quanzhou City in 2014 was sampled for examination and evaluated according to GB/T 5750-2006. The results showed that microbiological indicator of domestic drinking water in Quanzhou City was up to standard and was generally in a good condition. However, there were some existing problems. Some suggestions were proposed such as improvement of water production techniques, reinforcement of monitoring domestic drinking water and health propaganda and safeguard of people’s water usage under safe condition.
