Upland agriculture and low-carbon economy

Low-carbon economy is the principal way for human beings to handle global climate changes and reduce greenhouse gas emission. From the perspective of low-carbon economy, the present status and existing problems in upland agriculture in China were elaborated, and several agriculture measures for rainfed crops were summarized, the developing line for upland agriculture under low-carbon economy conditions was propose.
