    Spatial and temporal distribution of DO in main aquaculture water body in Shuikou reservoir

    • The data of water DO in Xiongjiang, Zhanghu, Youxikou and Taiping section in Shuikou reservoir area from 2012 February to 2014 December were analyzed. The results showed that in temporal distribution of DO in main aquaculture water body in Shuikou reservoir, the highest value generally appeared in the annual spring (March to May) and summer (June to August), the lowest value appeared in autumn (September to November). In summer the DO presented larger fluctuation and often occurred another low dissolved oxygen duration besides autumn. When concerning the spatial distribution, the DO content of inner bay was higher than that of outer bay in spring and summer, but that of outer bay was higher than that of inner bay in winter.
