    Inter-planting experiment of water spinach in the pond of cage-culturing loach

    • Inter-planting experiment of water spinach in the pond of cage-culturing loach was carried out. The results showed that yield and survival rate of loach per cage was 41.75 kg and 45.7%, respectively when water spinach inter-planted in the cage which culturing loach. Thus, production value per cage and income were 1303.26 RMB Yuan and 451.43 RMB Yuan, respectively and were higher that of control. It indicated that inter-planting of water spinach in cage-culturing loach in pond was a high efficient and ecological aquaculture model.
